Termination of involvement 

1. We kindly ask for a yearly contribution of €10 per family. This helps support Tots & Teas in organizing our annual events, ensuring that all members can participate without worrying about costs. By making this contribution, you are helping strengthen our community and making it possible for everyone to enjoy these events free of charge.
2. We request that all members join a minimum of 1 in-person playdate or other activities (eg. WhatsApp) within a 6 month timeframe. This is to keep the group known to one another. 
3. If your behavior is considered inappropriate you will be removed from the group. This includes all Whatsapp-subgroups and Facebook. 
4. Our priority is to ensure Tots & Teas remains a safe environment for everyone. 
5. If you are moving away or are no longer actively involved in the group, we ask that you remove yourself from WhatsApp groups. We strive for an interactive and engaged community and hope that you can respect this and help us in managing this. Thank you!
