After 10 years of running the Tots and Teas community, we decided to make some changes to move forward. Since 2024, we ask members to contribute an Annual Family Fee of €10, paid per family and per year.

This fee helps us organize our annual events and make them extra special, allowing all members to attend without any extra cost, only bringing food to share with others.

In the past, we asked members attending events to pay around €7 per family per event, and the events did not include entertainment or gifts for the children. With the annual fee, our events can become even more special. The fee covers:

• Venue rentals for our events
• Entertainment and gifts for the children to make the events memorable
• Cards and small gifts for members, such as birth cards, condolence cards, or farewell gifts for families leaving the Netherlands (kindly inform the admins about these circumstances so we can arrange the card for you).

On top of that, as we work towards establishing Tots and Teas as a foundation, having stable support from our members will help us achieve this goal.

We want to be fully transparent. If any member is curious about how the funds are managed, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll be happy to show you a statement of how the money is accounted for and used.

When to pay:
When you join our group for the first time, you will be asked to pay the annual fee for the year you join. An admin will send you the payment link privately after you join our meeting. However, for our annual events, you are expected to pay in advance before joining the meeting.

For the following years, the admin will post the payment request in the WhatsApp group. This announcement can be made at any time of the year, so please always keep an eye on the group messages. Once paid, your family is covered for all our annual events.
